Vendors are selected through a lottery system. Registrants will be placed on a waitlist prior to the lottery announcement.

You will not be billed until registration is approved.

Your billing information will be securely stored.

*Vendors are not allowed to sell food, drinks, and/or apparel.
*Vendors cannot host raffles or collect attendee data.
*Booth space cannot be subbed out to any other business.  
*Performance shops cannot set up displays for manufacturers.

We plan to announce the first round of lottery winners by 7/27/18. If you are not selected during the first round, you may still have a chance if those selected on 7/27/18 do not pay for their space by 8/2/18. If there are spaces available we will do a second round on 8/03/18. If your business is selected you will receive an email with information on how to pay for your space through our website. You will have 48 hours to provide payment otherwise we may notify you that your space is no longer available. So please keep an eye on your inbox after you finish your registration.
